Updated: Sep 9, 2020

Miligrams, militers, cc’s oh MY! What does it all mean? How does this apply to you? Don’t fret, Goddess, we have the answers.

First, we suggest discerning your purpose for using CBD before you choose a specific dosage. Do you need a Micro, Standard, or Macro?

Second, calculate your weight. Don’t worry, a guestimate is fine.

Third, use our charts below to figure out the dosing level to help you get the results you want. Keep in mind each body processes CBD differently, our suggestion is to start on the low end and increase or decrease based on how our products make you feel.

Micro Dosing

Micro dosing is the smallest amount of CBD we would recommend taking. Micro dosing CBD daily is often used for sleep, headaches, mood, nausea, PTSD, and Stress. You should expect to see a subtle shift within the first few days of use.

Standard Dosing

The standard dose is the most commonly utilized. Taking a standard dose of CBD is often used in support of pain, inflammation, autoimmune disorder, lyme disease, anxiety, depression, arthritis, fibromyalgia, multi sclerosis IBS, Autism. When taken daily you should expect a noticeable but still subtle shift within the first few days.

Macro Dosing

Macro Dosing is used most frequently for cancer, epilepsy, seizure disorder, liver disease, and other severe conditions. When taken daily you should expect a noticeable shift within the first few days.
